Karley Wilke-Nadler (pronounced Wilk-e Nod-ler) is originally from Wisconsin. Karley attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and earned her BA in Religious Studies and Education and Educational Studies. Following her undergraduate degree, Karley attended Denver Seminary in Littleton, CO to earn her Master of Divinity degree. She is passionate about the holistic care and development of children and youth, the intersection of mental health and faith, and Christ-centered justice. With a diverse career background, including four years working in student ministry and two years in children's ministry, Karley has worked at faith-based nonprofits in both the programmatic and development and fundraising spheres since 2021. Karley and her husband, Kevin, moved to Charlotte in 2023. Since then, she has worked at UrbanPromise Charlotte, a holistic 20-year leadership development program that serves students ages 5-25 in four under-resourced communities in Charlotte, and as a Pediatric Hospice Chaplain.
