Becoming a Member

We are grateful for your interest in joining our church family! Once you’ve completed the membership paperwork, the next step is to take part in our Visitor Orientation Class—a three-week series that introduces you to Selwyn’s mission, ministries, and community.

Following the class, you’ll meet with the Session (our church leadership team) to be officially welcomed and received as a member of Selwyn Presbyterian Church.

Membership is both a commitment and a joy—we look forward to walking this journey of faith with you.

How to Join the Church

Orientation classes for membership are offered four times a year, as a time of discovery for inquiring visitors and connecting with leaders in our congregation. Orientation Classes are three consecutive weeks and new members are received on the last Sunday of an orientation series.
